Mornings begin with grounding yoga, breathwork and meditation in a quiet sunlit space, or in the ancient chapel, helping you tune inward and set the tone for the day. This retreat is lovingly crafted to help you reset your nervous system, restore your energy, and rekindle your creativity.
You’ll cook pasta with a local chef, enjoy a guided hike with a little foraging along the way, and tap into your creativity during a peaceful session in the pottery studio. There’s also time to lounge by the pool or explore the monastery’s 50 acres of horse chestnut forest — a quiet, grounding space to simply be.

Meet Kate….
Kate Tarratt Cross is a dynamic retreat facilitator, skilled chef, and health coach. She inspires individuals to adopt daily habits and unlock their true potential. Kate creates a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and transformation. Her expertise and guidance have guided countless individuals to lead lives filled with vitality and joy.
From running an Art Centre in Haiti to working as a private chef for the highly acclaimed Novak Djokovic, Kate has gathered valuable insights into the importance of good habits. Inspired by her own experiences, she authored a book that serves as a practical guide for improved well-being and happiness. Her unique blend of creativity, culinary expertise, breathwork facilitation and health coaching positions her as a trusted facilitator for excellent retreat experiences.
Meet Noona….
Noona started practising Hatha yoga with a teacher from the Sivananda school. Exploring other forms of yoga, including Ashtanga which she practised for several years. She then discovered Integral Yoga® in 2011 during a life-changing retreat in Almeria, Spain.
Noona began teaching Integral Yoga after qualifying from the Satchidananda Ashram. She taught along the Cote d’Azur and on yachts, as well as in Thailand. Additionally, she received training in Pre and Post Natal Yoga with appleyoga in London. Noona returned to the Satchidananda Ashram in 2016 for a training course in Yin Yoga with Biff Mithoefer, and then completed Module 2 of Yin Yoga training at the Ashram in 2017. In 2018, she took the Integral Yoga Intermediate Teacher Training in Coimbatore, India, and completed the final stage of the Integral Yoga journey in October 2019 with the Advanced Teacher Training.
Noona’s is also a qualified Reiki Master and SOMA breath instructor.
This was an extremely rewarding retreat, surrounded by amazing women - The energy that we've all shared and built up together has been, I think, my favourite part - I am more at peace with myself and feel more open to the world - The highlight of this week has been this overwhelming feeling of being safe and loved - I have gained more clarity and perspective -
