Kate Tarratt Cross is a multifaceted retreat facilitator, skilled chef, health coach, and author. With a diverse background, she inspires individuals to adopt daily habits for healthy living and overcome adversity. Kate empowers people to unlock their true potential, creating a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and transformation. Her expertise and guidance have guided countless individuals to lead fulfilling lives filled with vitality and joy.
From running an Art Centre in Haiti to working as a private chef for the highly acclaimed Novak Djokovic, Kate has gathered valuable insights into the importance of good habits. Inspired by her own experiences, she authored a book that serves as a practical guide for improved well-being and happiness. Her unique blend of creativity, culinary expertise, and health coaching positions her as a trusted facilitator for transformative retreat experiences.
Kate's culinary prowess often means she will get busy in the kitchen herself, enhancing the retreat experience with nourishing meals and cooking workshops.
Noona started practising Hatha yoga with a teacher from the Sivananda school. Exploring other forms of yoga, including Ashtanga which she practised for several years. She then discovered Integral Yoga® in 2011 during a life-changing retreat in Almeria, Spain.
Noona began teaching Integral Yoga after qualifying from the Satchidananda Ashram. She taught along the Cote d’Azur and on yachts, as well as in Thailand. Additionally, she received training in Pre and Post Natal Yoga with appleyoga in London. Noona returned to the Satchidananda Ashram in 2016 for a training course in Yin Yoga with Biff Mithoefer, and then completed Module 2 of Yin Yoga training at the Ashram in 2017. In 2018, she took the Integral Yoga Intermediate Teacher Training in Coimbatore, India, and completed the final stage of the Integral Yoga journey in October 2019 with the Advanced Teacher Training.
Noona’s is also a qualified Reiki Master and SOMA breath instructor.
Natacha is a certified Energy Psychology practitioner specializing in PTSD using EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. Natacha is dedicated to pioneering transformative and regenerative travel, inviting individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery and profound change.
With 19 years near South Africa's Kruger National Park, she’s cultivated a deep knowledge of the bush as well as personal development and psychology.
