The retreat will start in South Africa. We’ll take a 6hr transfer from Johannesburg Airport to our private luxury game park where we will stay for 4 nights.
We will explore the park’s vast and diverse ecosystems via 4x4 and on foot, encountering many animals and stunning landscapes, staying in the stunning lodge with private and shared options.
Each day begins with an energizing morning breathwork session and ends with trauma-release exercise.
After our beautiful bush experience, we will take a flight to the unique coastal town of Vilanculos, where we will spend 5 nights enjoying the turquoise water and white sands, of this undiscovered piece of paradise. We will connect with the sea life, play in the water, explore the nearby islands , and continue our daily breathwork and TRE.
